i had Florida Artificial Grass installation install new artificial grass at my property, i was impressed with quality and professionalism Now we install seawalls and docks and we refer Florida Artificial Grass installation to install the artificial grass and putting greens for all of our customers.

I am the Administrator for a property management company, we were referred to Florida Artificial Grass Installation by one of our neighbors after inquiring about their new lawn. We were impressed with the work and had b a turf company for a few of our properties. When I called, the staff was very kind and scheduled us for our estimate within 1-2 days (we had multiple lawns). I received the quotes for each location within just a few days of my initial call. The prices were very fair and our lawns were completed faster than I had imagined it would take.. and would most certainly recommend them to anyone in need of their service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very fair, we take a lot of extra steps during installation that other companies may shortcut (or not do at all), It saves others companies money and time not to put these items in, but in the long run, the artificial turf will not last as long, and it will not keep that great look without the proper amount of infill and composite nailer board to keep the edges secure and tight.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with customer, ask them what is the reason they want artificial grass (kids play area, dog run, or just maintenance free pretty lawn) then we show then the best products to meet those requirements. We offer financing on projects and general contracting services if needed as well ( One of the owners has been a Licensed Certified General Contractor for 20 years in Florida) We can help with French drains, stump removal, concrete removal , etc. Seawall and Foundation repair too.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One owner has to take 16 hours of continuing education every 2 years to keep active CGC license. All crew members have been through thorough training in the factory and in the field. Rod Co-owner is OSHA certified and has worked on NFL pro fields and FIFA soccer field 300,000 sq/ft. All of our crew have been trained on equipment, trailers, tools, artificial grass products, etc.
