- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies according to number of pets, services wanted, and location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to obtain dates for services that are needed through messenger before scheduling a meet and greet, so I can ensure that I am available, so your time is not wasted. After confirming availability, I like to have a meet and greet, or phone call if a meet is not possible at the time for the client, to determine if it is a good fit for all. :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former Veterinary Technician, am trained to administer medication, and trained to know and act quickly on life threatening events.
