- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have always tried to charge industry standard prices even with expensive cinema quality equipment. First and foremost is the customer and the video, so I’m always willing to negotiate pricing for projects the customer is excited about.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a clear understanding of exactly what they want. And then allow ideas to flow and bounce things back and forth before arriving the day of for the shoot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5+ years of experience
