The pricing agreement was based on a flat rate to load two pods which we completed, however you are still owing a 25% balance of the agreed price. A third pod was not included in our initial agreement and as a result this would have also caused some changes to the contract. During the packing process, our team strived to diligently pack your fragile items. We take pride in ensuring our customers' items are delivered safely, and we are pleased to know that your belongings arrived without damage. Our employees are trained to follow established procedures to ensure items are packed securely and arrive in good condition. We acknowledge that there might have been some communication issues, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
