- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We aim to meet your budget whenever possible. Our pricing includes factors such as the number of hours per clean, size and condition of your home, and time to travel to your home for each clean. We offer a discount code of FIRSTCLEAN10 to give you 10% off your first regular clean!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a phone call to get to know you and your expectations better so that we can meet them. We then agree on a booking date and send you a confirmation email with all the details. We offer an app called Launch27 where you can change the schedule, communicate with the cleaner, update payment information and more. Our cashless payments mean you never have to run out to the ATM to grab cash because the cleaner is coming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have sixteen years as a private estate manager on Palm Beach where I managed cleaning crews as well as housekeepers on a daily basis. I have very high standards as my work required it. All our cleaners have years of experience cleaning homes and a proven track record of satisfied customers!
