They are very easy to reach with the Whatsapp Group Chat and are always available to respond through chat and calls. Any issues come up, we just text Fabio and Livia and they will take care of it. They communicate to us regularly the schedule for the week so we know what to expect and can plan our schedule accordingly, which we really appreciate. Their timeline of the project is on point as we are able to complete and finish everything on schedule, with every details as we wanted. - were very helpful in the design process, taking us through the choices for the bathroom tiles/fixtures/kitchen countertops, as well as working with us diligently and patiently through the elevation planning. - This crew were amazing. From demolition until the end, the crew showed professionalism and expertise on all aspects of the remodeling. They worked tirelessly throughout, sometimes in 100deg weather and also some weekends while keeping high spirits. The crew is very attentive and will ask for confirmation prior to completing items. They do not hesitate to point out concerns/discrepancies on the plan and it actually allowed us to catch issue early on to correct. Our remodeling actually increased in scope by additional flooring work throughout kitchen, dining area and walkway, as well as relocating an HVAC vent pipe to another wall in the bathroom.
