FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are two different pricing methods that I use. 1. TM (time and material) - if the exact project cost is difficult to gauge, I will recommend that we go with this structure. I will give an estimate of what to expect before the project begins, but ultimately the project is going to cost what it will cost. This will protect both you and myself in the process. This will ensure that you will get the best possible result, with no corners cut. I perform work at $30 an hour. 2. Bid - If I am able, I will give you the exact price that the project will cost (all material and labor cost will be included in the price).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an apprentice carpenter for 3 years in the UK. I am currently a lead carpenter for a company in Jupiter, Florida.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone that is willing to answer your questions and is willing to teach you things that you might want to know about your house or project.
