- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fair pricing is paramount. The rates given here are our 2- mover rates. There may be a 2-hr minimum. Additional fees may include rental trucks, stair/elevator fees, or special items. Consulting will take place prior to your move to ensure everything is agreed upon. We will not charge you for anything that has not been communicated or agreed on. It is important to us that we create a trusting relationship and a smooth moving experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ensure everyone is on the same page. To start our process, we first make contact to verify the details on your request. From this point, a team leader keeps in contact with you to give you an ETA and throughout the move to completion.
