- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With regards to A&A Eats & More Catering - We offer a wide array of menu selections that start at $12.50/pp as well as an A’ la Carte menu where customers can pick and choose dishes that they would like. We work with customers to help them come up with a menu that will fit into their budgets and are willing to add things that may not even be offered on our current menu. Our motto is, "it never hurts to ask!" As far as Annabelle's Cookies & More, I specialize in Italian cakes, cookies and pastries, but have become widely recognized for my Wedding and Customized Designed cakes. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call or email me direct and/or provide me with pictures and/or ideas of what it is they are wanting so that I can get a feel for what their vision is and the design they are wanting. We talk about flavor combinations and then they generally, will schedule tastings so they can decide on selections, finalizing details and I am then able to provide them with an exact quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did obtain a Culinary Arts degree in 1985 and have honed my decorating and pastry skills throughout the years by taking a variety of informal classes and workshops.
