Scheduling: We work with the customer to schedule a convenient appointment time for our team to come to the job site. Consultation: When our team arrives at the job site, we will discuss the project or issue with the customer, perform a thorough assessment, and provide an estimate for the cost of the work. Work: Once the estimate is approved, our team will begin working on the project or issue, taking care to ensure quality workmanship and exceptional service. Completion: When the work is completed, our team will review the work with the customer and ensure their satisfaction. We will also provide any necessary instructions or recommendations to the customer on how to maintain or prevent future issues. Follow-up: We may follow up with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the work and to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
