FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, every job is different so our approach is to quote each project on a one-by-one basis because there are way too many variables. But we promise to be competitive and give you tons of options to customize everything towards your needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we'd like you to give us as much information as possible about your project and if possibly show us some visual examples of what you'd like your final product to look like. We also over a client questionnaire in case you'd like to really get specific with your needs. And if needed, we can also set up a sit-down consultation depending on the size and scope of the job. We always like to be as detailed as possible in the early stages, not only so we can be prepared to give you the best work possible, but to also make sure you can feel confident in leaving the photo & video in our hands while you focus on other priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from having attended a specialty 4-year art program in high school and then majoring in photography in college, I attend workshops often to continue improving my skill sets in photography and video. I also attend a couple trainings a year for the latest camera updates and for filming techniques. I definitely subscribe to the motto that you can never stop learning and you can never stop improving the quality of your work. - David
