- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, my process is designed to be seamless, collaborative, and tailored to your needs: Initial Consultation: We start with a conversation—either in person, over the phone, or via email—to understand your vision, goals, and any specific ideas for the photoshoot. Planning and Preparation: Based on our discussion, I help you choose the perfect location, time, and style for the shoot. I also provide guidance on wardrobe, themes, or anything else that will enhance the photos. Photoshoot Day: On the day of the shoot, I ensure everything runs smoothly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere so you can look and feel your best. Post-Processing: After the session, I professionally edit the best images to deliver a polished final product that meets or exceeds your expectations. Delivery: Edited photos are delivered digitally via a secure link, and I’m happy to assist with additional services, like prints or albums, if desired. I keep communication open throughout the entire process to ensure you’re thrilled with the results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a photography college program and have over 13 years of experience in the field, specializing in capturing sports, portraits, and events. My career includes a comprehensive journey aboard cruise ships, where I progressed through all levels in the photography department: from Photographer Trainee to Photographer, Photo Lab Tech, Assistant Photo Manager, and eventually Photo Manager. This experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of technical photography, team management, and delivering exceptional results in fast-paced and dynamic environments. In addition, my skills in video editing, customer relations, and social media strategy complement my photography work, enabling me to connect with clients and create visual stories that truly resonate. My combination of education, training, and hands-on experience ensures every project exceeds expectations.
