Update: Wowowow! I've never had a company actually care about making things right sincerely. They helped me understand the scheduling mistake and the extra charge. Mark actually told me how to get rid of my sulfur smell on my own without him having to come out. As a result, I'm using him and his crew to do some more maintenance work for me. I really appreciate an honest contractor.
