If you need any roofing work done, including soffits, fascia, drip edges, anything up there, give Florida Premier Roofing a call. Since we moved in 5 years ago, every hurricane, tropical storm, or even afternoon thunderstorm with any kind of wind gusts would blow out soffits in and we would lose panels. Weve gone the route of having them repaired and put back in but they would just fall out again next time. After Milton, we decided it was time to just have all of the soffits replaced with new.I had no less than 5 estimates from 10k up to almost 30k and thats IF I could get those other companies to call me back. Florida Premier Roofing called me back right away, did the estimate the next day, and had me on the schedule as soon as I gave them the green light. Throughout the process, Josafat (the technician) went above and beyond to make sure the soffits were not only replaced but that they were also installed better and more secure than they were before. He meticulously rebuilt the corners of the house where the fascia board had rotted out, hand-formed a metal protective layer on top of that, and then carefully added new aluminum fascia.As someone that has been on both ends of the contracting world, you can ALWAYS tell how good a company is by how their people work. I had several conversations with Josafat and his guys, and they only had positive things to say about the company, its leadership, and how they operate. You could tell he is treated right by the company. The guys were always professional, friendly, and care about their work product and make sure it gets done the right way.For any of your roofing needs, youll be missing out if you dont give them a call.

Purchase this 10-year-old house in 2023 and the company had just re-done the roof. The inspection found minor issues which the company fixed promptly under the warranty. Milton has just passed through and while all of my neighbors lost shingles and soffits, nothing moved on my roof.
