- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are always free . The pricing for my services are negotiable and I do not get paid until closing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A client can always Text or Call me to get the ball rolling and ask basic questions about buying or selling of their Home. Then I can schedule a time to schedule a consultation and meet them at their home or office or at my office . For potentially listing a home it is best to meet at your home so I can view it and give the client the best information as far as pricing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received special training to assist my clients . I am an SRS designee. SRS stands for Seller Representative Specialist and is for working with Sellers . I also have the ABR or Accredited Buyers Representative designation. That is is for working with Buyers and negotiating the best terms possible. . I also have New Construction Home Buyers
