FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is structured to offer value for high-quality, personalized photography sessions. I offer various packages tailored to different needs, and I’m transparent about what each package includes. Occasionally, I provide discounts for special occasions or repeat clients. All pricing details are discussed upfront, so there are no surprises. And any additional potential costs are mentioned in the T&C.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
> You’ll start by sharing your outfit choices and any reference images that capture the vibe you’re going for—this helps us get on the same page right from the start. > From there, we’ll chat about all the little details—like timing, the look and feel you’re dreaming of, and any specific lighting styles that catch your eye. > Once you’re ready, you can go ahead and select me as your photographer on Thumbtack, so we can officially kick things off. After we’ve got everything locked in, I’ll send you an invoice, the terms and conditions, and a moodboard that reflects the vision we’ve discussed. > Throughout this process, if you ever have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out. I know it can feel a bit overwhelming, but I’m here to make sure you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. This isn’t just about taking photos—it’s an emotional investment, and I’m honored to guide you through it, ensuring you have an experience you’ll cherish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained my expertise through hands-on experience, experimenting with different techniques, and running two successful creative businesses. This practical experience has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in composition, lighting, and visual storytelling. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in portrait, fashion, and product photography, as well as post-production editing, to deliver professional-quality images that meet and exceed my clients’ expectations.
