FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very straight-forward. I charge $75/hour for most of my work. I do offer discounts and so forth depending on what we're including, and can do things like laundry, refrigerators, oven/range, or whatever else you've got lined up to get done. I do accept most forms of payment: credit/debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or cash. For most payments (one-off cleaning/organizing for example), I will have a credit card machine with me that I can use to process your payment on the spot after the work has been completed, unless you prefer another method listed previously. For recurring payments, we will setup a billing authorization (I'll send you a secure billing authorization form to fill out online), and I will charge you the Monday following the week I completed your cleaning (for example, if we start on a Tuesday, you'd get billed by me the following Monday of the next week). If you have any questions, or concerns, feel free to let me know and I can address them and make sure your totally comfortable with my billing system and methods of billing you for my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we will have a conversation via phone or messaging (whatever is easiest for you), and decide together on what you want done, and what you are needing me to do. Once we confirm, I'll make sure that you understand the pricing, and also understand what to expect from me. Then we will move forward with booking an appointment and getting your space taken care of!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have organization skills that I developed over the years through my own way of finding what works well and from experimenting and finding solutions.
