- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes any products purchased at retail through LUA. Separately, labor costs for installation range from $135/hr to $170/hr for 1-2 installers based on project size. There will be a $99 consultation fee for any In Home Consultations outside of a 60 mile radius of our Orlando location. This fee would then be applied to the purchase of any products and/or services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a consultative approach. We will visit the customer in the home to discuss options or the customer is welcome to book an appointment with us in our Orlando showroom. In some cases, virtual consultations may be available via Zoom, Google Meet, or FaceTime. Our goal is to find the right solution to meet the customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners of Level Up Automation each have an excess of 20 years experience in Consumer Electronics and we employ equally knowledgeable and trained employees. Collectively, we offer an excess of 130 years working with products on the cutting edge of technology.
