- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at our company strive to offer fair and competitive prices for our quality services, thus ensuring the best possible outcome for our customers. We believe that quality doesn't have to be expensive, which is why we work efficiently and strategically to ensure our customers receive the best possible return on investment. Our goal is always to exceed our customers' expectations, and we believe our prices reflect that commitment. We generally require an initial non-refundable deposit, this is standard practice in our industry to secure a place and cover initial project-related expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with an initial consultation with the new client to understand their needs and goals. During this conversation, we try to understand what specific services they want and how we can meet their expectations. Based on this initial conversation, we develop a personalized proposal for the client, which includes a detailed description of the services we will provide and a clear and transparent quote. If the client agrees with our proposal, we schedule a date to start the project and start working according to the established schedule. Throughout the process, we maintain open and transparent communication with the client, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing any questions or concerns that may arise. Once the project is completed, we carry out a final review with the client to ensure that all expectations have been met and that they are satisfied with the result. Our goal is always to provide an exceptional service experience and ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 13 years of experience specializing in tile installation, I have extensive knowledge and skills in the field. During this time, I have worked on a variety of projects, from small repairs to large commercial installations. My experience allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the different types of tiles available, their characteristics and their best applications. I am also able to work efficiently and accurately to ensure installations are carried out safely and correctly. In addition to my technical skills, I am also committed to quality customer service. I work closely with my clients to understand their needs and goals, and I use my experience to help them choose the best materials and solutions for their facilities. Over the years, I have built a proven track record of success and customer satisfaction, and I am dedicated to maintaining that reputation by delivering exceptional service in every tile installation I undertake.
