Would have really appreciated a better experience as this was for an elderly family. Paid pretty premium price for full lawn care. Grass was unevenly cut. Grass/trimmings by fence was left untouched. Appreciate the communication and responsiveness of this group and time flexibility but quality didn’t match price in anyway.

Reliable Home services came out and pu a couple of islands stools and the seven piece patio set together they did a very good job we did run into some hiccups with the patio set due to the company not sending enough of the screws to put it together so I ordered screws and Desmond came back and put it together this is a very good company especially for those that work and can't do the projects that they need done because they are working this is a very good company rather new company but a good company they try to be fair they are polite they are professional and they follow instructions to me that's very important people on a fixed income they may have a little some issues but they are a good company

We offer Senior Discounts or Military Discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we reach out to the client to inquire on what they are looking to accomplish. Most times, we are able to provide an estimate over the phone. However, if we have to, we then schedule an in-person estimate to visit the project location. After that, we submit an estimate within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Operations Officer/Project Manager has approximately 10 years of Construction Management experience and our technicians have a combined 100 years of experience. Our lead technician has been doing all aspects of construction since he was 15 years old and was a crew leader on the U.S. 19 expansion project in Clearwater, FL.
