- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not ask for deposits, our prices are fair and we do not charge for visits and estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new client is my priority, I try to clearly and objectively help him with all the doubts he has about the project. We design the project together until the final decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I specialized 7 years ago with professionals in the areas of carpentry, painting and tile installation. I started as an assistant until I became a professional.
