FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fair. I am probably a little less then the national average when estimating a job and my hourly rate May vary depending on the job. My hourly rate is always right with the national average if not a little below. I DO HAVE A TWO HOUR MINIMUM.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all depends on the job. If it’s a job I’m going to estimate, then I will communicate with the client as to when I can come out to do the estimate and I will go over everything on the estimate. If it’s a smaller job and I’m going to charge by the hour. I will still communicate what my needs will be but more importantly what the customer can expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was one of those kids that if you wanted to teach me how you make something or what it took to build something, I was right there ready to learn. My Uncle is a master Electrician and worked for the Philadelphia Navy Yard for over 30 years. He taught me anything I wanted to learn. He’s also a amazing carpenter, Mechcanic, plumber and can do almost everything related to many trades. I was around the roofing industry for many years. I worked for JB HUNT/WHIRLPOOL for 7 years and I’m a certified WHIRLPOOL INSTALLER. My division installed all the WHIRLPOOL BRANDS into new home construction!
