- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive, but we are not the cheapest. We spend the money it takes to get the results customers have been asking for and because we do, we are able to accomplish those results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get acquainted with our customers first, get an idea of exactly what it is they are looking to accomplish, make sure we are on the same page, if pricing lines up we agree to move forward, we act as quickly and seamlessly as we can to deliver the vision we arrived at with our new customer and LydyBug family member.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years of on hands on experience in every position from technician to owner. No matter who works in this industry, they have to maintain continuing education units to continue to work on an annual basis. Those of us that love it, go much further. I have attained licenses in all categories for the pest control business (3 years of experience for the first one and 9 months additional for all others) by passing the state issued exams for each category. We pursue ongoing training well beyond the required CEU's by the state and study much on our own outside of the lessons we receive from doctor's, the University of Florida and many other industry professionals.
