- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
(PAY ATTENTION) Dear customer, if you are looking for a floor service, the company does not work with garage paint or paint, the company works with EPOXY/POLYASPARTIC(LIQUID PORCELAIN) and if you received a cheaper estimate than mine, please pay attention that this cheapest estimate is not a floor painting or paint. If you have a cheaper estimate than mine, let me know and I'll see what I can do, most of the time I match the competitor's offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please read all the clauses of the contract and sign it. After you approve the estimate and sign the contract, the company will send the invoice. Please confirm receipt and if possible approve the estimate so we can schedule the service date and create the invoice -PAYMENT FORM The company accepts cash The company accepts Zelle The company accepts Transfer Sometimes the company accepts credit cards, debit cards, and financing. The company does not accept checks. -Payment must be arranged as follows: Deposit: 50% Must be paid upon signature of the contract or in agreement with the Customer up to 4 days before the start of the service. Balance: 50% balance upon completion of work on delivery day. The balance date is an estimate of the end of the service, if the service does not end on the scheduled date, the balance payment date can be changed if the customer requests.
