- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do case by case pricing. Some clients have a strict budget and I will design a menu to fit within that budget. Other clients, who have more wiggle room with their budget, I base the price on the customized menu that the client and I have collaborately come up with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically We will have an initial consultation to discuss likes and dislikes. Within 48 hours I would send a customized menu based on the information obtained from consultation. If menu is approved we would then do a tasting.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in High School I developed a "lazy stomach". It kept me isolated in bed for years. The only place I found relief was in the kitchen cooking, creating. I have a passion for food and I have a passion for people. Anyone who will be ordering any type of meal from me will find love and passion in everything I do!
