Mason's is a veteran owned business. LOVE supporting our veterans! He made me feel perfectly comfortable - I was a bit nervous at first, but he completely did away with all that! I was very pleased with the results. This is my wife's Christmas present as she is an Alzheimer's patient and tells me every time she sees me how much she misses me; so this will let me be just a little bit present with her all the time! Thanks Mason for a great photo shoot!

I had a very pleasant transaction experience working with Mason from MediaByMase. When I first reached out via the Thumbtack app to inquire about avaialability, Mason was very fast to respond. We were quickly able to discuss my needs (Family shoot at a specific location on a specific date within a specific timeframe), for which Mason was able to meet my needs. I appreciated his posted prices, which I found to be very reasonable for the services requested. We discussed payment and worked out a payment methodology that worked. Communication was fast throughout the entire pre-photo phase. On the day of the shoot, Mason arrived early and ready to go. Mason was very personable and communicated well with my entire family (ages 17 months, 5 years, 16 year, 19 years, and us older folk). We collaborated on background ideas both meeting my requests and adding perspective to add to the various shots (angles/backgrounds/groupings/etc.). After the shoot, communication continued to be fast and professional. The editing and final product was completed earlier than I expected and I was very pleased with the final product. I was very happy over all and excited the I could do business with a veteran owned business. Would recommend to anyone and would use again should the need arise.
