- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm not in the business of ripping people off. I do try to charge a fair price for the work being completed, using the going rates as reference and being fair and reasonable. I'm up front and a believer of customer satisfaction
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what they are trying to accomplish and seeing their vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a handyman for many years, as well as being a field technician for Centurylink.
