- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to negotiate as long as it is reasonable. I want to stay budget friendly but also continue to grow my business to new heights!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up to work, we have a quick discussion on what they are envisioning and then I adjust to that and work closely together throughout the project even into post. If it is remote, I am in constant communication and sending samples to insure upmost customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a steady hand, a music background and a social media consumer? What that means is that I use my full creativity to find angles to make our video one of a kind. In saying that, I am also able to adjust to a more traditional visual if the client desires.
