- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price includes all the pictures taken. All photos provided to you will be at full resolution, ensuring the highest quality for printing and digital use. You will have full rights to all the photos, allowing you to print, share, and use them as you wish. By offering a transparent pricing structure with no hidden costs and providing you with high-quality, fully processed images, I ensure that you receive exceptional value and beautiful, lasting memories from your photoshoot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins when the customer reaches out via email, phone, or through my website. We discuss the customer's needs, preferences, and the scope of the project. This includes understanding the type of shoot (e.g., wedding, portrait, event), the location, and any specific requests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I initially studied photography in Milan at the Istituto Italiano di Fotografia where I learned everything about the camera, the different types of photography, the use of lights and studio awareness. I then continued my education at the International Center of Photography in New York where I began to embrace my creativity and open-mindedness.
