- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have discounts available for new customers, military and seniors; also for customers who refer their friends and family we will give them a discount for future services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will need to send their information such as name, address, email and phone number. We will come out for a free assessment and go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed in plumbing and water restoration, 15 years of plumbing experience in Chicago and moved to Florida to start plumbing.
