- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an in-person meeting, or a phone call, to discuss the client's vision for their art. This helps us to make sure we are the right fit and to build their session around their needs. At the appointment, it's all about making memories and preserving them! An ordering session follows a couple of weeks later. This is awesome! We go through all the images, help our clients pick their favorites, make sure everything looks perfect, and design layouts on the walls with the art. A week after that, we bring the art to the client's home and install it.

Eight years of professional portrait experience and all that entails.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to your photographer! Don't be afraid to ask questions, or make suggestions.
