Elizabeth is a passionate yogi and community leader, certified in Power Vinyasa. Since the spring of 2016, she has been an active participant in the wellness communities of Miami and NYC, while also engaging a growing global online audience. Elizabeth leads Vinyasa, meditation, and restorative classes. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, long bike rides, playing guitar, rock climbing, skiing, and more recently, practicing jiu-jitsu.
Elizabeth specializes in private sessions tailored to all body types and levels, including yoga for injuries, physical limitations, and processing trauma or difficult emotions, with both adults and children. She believes that staying physically active and exploring beyond one's comfort zone is essential to living a happy and balanced life.
As a retired competitive dancer and runner, Elizabeth fell in love with the benefits of yoga for both the body and mind. Throughout her 10+ year journey, her goal has been to continually redefine the practice through her experiences and interactions.
