Pablo was Very prompt very professional and very knowledgeable I was so Surprised with the quality of this company coming from this online service I was skeptical But he was amazing till the end!

When I originally requested the service, they were prompt and attentive. They came over within a couple of days and set up the traps. Since then, it’s been a nightmare of an experience: 1. I had some roaches show up, discussed the issue and they committed to coming to fog the place. No response. Went with another company. 2. I then started noticing an alarming number of termite wings by my window sills, as well as droppings. I’ve contacted them to come and take a look and they said they “would get back to me”. After multiple texts on my end and unfulfilled deadlines, I will have to go with another company, even though I’ve paid almost a thousand dollars for the service and supposedly had a one-year warranty on the treatment. Do not use this company for your own peace of mind.

If you want more problems then you started with this is the company for you. Pablo was fast to pick up his phone and come and charge me $750. But when I realized the next day Im starting to see evidence of other termite activity he assured me it must be previous water damage. I was unsure but said I would keep an eye on it. He said he would spray the entire exterior, which my house cameras showed him only partially doing. I now have lots of active termites flying around and wings in most of the rooms. (Which I never had before) so why? Ive contacted his twice to relay the message to only receive radio silence. Incredibly unprofessional typical miami slap job. Not worth your time or money!

Pablo is a scammer. He said rent was set up but picture showed otherwise. He pretended did a tenting and killed the termite but he did not even went into the house to put on the gas, I knew it because he did not have the right lockbox code. Tenting is 3 days and he removed the rent the 2nd day. He tuned on broken sprinkler and caused a big flood around the house.
