- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Solfilms Inc., we offer competitive and transparent pricing for all our services, including photography, videography for events, live streaming, commercial productions, and photo booth rentals. Our packages can be customized based on the specific needs of each project or event. For our photo booth services, we accept all major credit cards; however, a small percentage fee will be added when paying by card. Discounts are available for early bookings, combined service packages, and seasonal promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Solfilms Inc., we start by having a detailed conversation with each new client to understand their vision and specific needs, whether it’s for an event, commercial project, or live streaming. Once we have a clear understanding, we provide a personalized proposal outlining the services and pricing. After the client approves the proposal, we move forward with a formal agreement and secure the date with a deposit. Throughout the planning process, we maintain clear communication to ensure everything is on track. On the day of the event or project, we arrive early to set up and ensure a smooth execution. Afterward, we edit and deliver the final product on time, with attention to detail and quality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in media production, starting with hands-on experience in video creation for churches and businesses in New York. Over the years, I’ve taken various courses and training programs on photography, videography, and post-production techniques to ensure I’m always delivering high-quality content. Additionally, I stay up to date with the latest industry tools and editing software to ensure my clients receive modern, professional work.
