Your preliminary Inspection, Diagnostic and Service Call is FREE with any repair over $250.00. Our experience in the industry allows us to diagnose and repair sprinkler systems quickly and cost effectively. We can improve the efficiency of your irrigation system and are dedicated to water conservation. We do not install new irrigation systems.

I called Greenstar Irrigation on a Saturday to give me an idea of what to do with a broken sprinkler, left a message, and within 2 hours Peter Masi, the owner called not only with an idea but telling he was coming to see the sprinkler. Within an hour he was at my house, did a 7 point Irrigation Diagnostic & Service call, located the problem and had his repair tech on the broken sprinkler. Very knowledgeable and informative. The sprinkler emergency was solved that same afternoon.

I had a great experience with this company and owner Peter. Peter gave me an on the spot quote that I found very reasonable. They were right on time on the day of the service and were on the job for a couple of days full time until completed. I had a minor issue unrelated to the task at hand, and they came within a day or two and fixed it. I give them up, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need any of their services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer a discount for Thumbtack members. Our irrigation diagnostic service call is usually $49.95, but has been discounted to $32.00 for Thumbtack members. The diagnostic includes inspection of the following: pump station and master/electrical valves, breaks in the lines, damaged or buried heads, and he will check & set timer. Once this has been performed, we will be able to provide you with a more accurate quote and see if there are any additional issues with the system. If the repairs exceed $250, then the $32.00 would be credited towards those repairs, thus making the tune-up and diagnostic free.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually respond to Thumbtack queries in an hour or less. Once the service call fee has been acknowledged, we collect all other pertinent information so that we can get you scheduled ASAP.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service most of Dade County and have been proudly doing so for decades.
