- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initial Service Pricing: The price quoted is applicable exclusively to the initial service specified in the agreement. This quoted price covers only the scope of work explicitly mentioned in the service description. Additional Services: Any services requested beyond the initial service scope will be billed at PC Evolution Technology Consultants, LLC’s standard non-hourly regular pricing. Exclusions: The initial service pricing does not include costs for additional materials, upgrades, or any other unforeseen work outside the original scope of the agreement. Payment Terms: Payment for the initial service must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice. Payments for additional services will be invoiced separately and must adhere to the standard payment terms. Revisions and Modifications: Any changes to the initial service agreement must be documented and approved in writing by both parties before additional work begins. Agreement Acknowledgment: By accepting this agreement, the client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms and agrees to the conditions outlined for additional services.
