- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing every roof is different and every repair is different. It always comes down to the end when we see exactly how bad the damage is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the person at the site if possible, and have them explain exactly what it is they want. Then I explain to them the procedure it will take for us to achieve that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the roofing industry for more than 20 years
