I am a current boxer, soccer player and personal trainer. I am passionate to work with people who are exciting and committed to a healthy lifestyle. I look to help guide people in the right direction, and push people when they need some motivation. I have specialized equipment like the gorilla bow that allows me to effectively work areas of the body without needing the use of a gym facility and also provide gloves for boxing for those willing to participate. I also include an advance copy of your workout program for you to keep and keep documented for your personal reference.
