I have been training with Paul for about 6 months. He has taught not only how to lift, but the reasons behind the exercises, and the process to achieve the results you want. He does a great job of making you want to workout vs having to. Very easy to get along with as well! Highly recommend!

I have been working out since 2007 , and Paul is my third trainer , I can comfortably say , Paul is the best, he walks me through every step , he makes sure the stamina is correct , and he is very understanding person . I am a busy mom but with his great training He the food company run by Lenia made my BMI goes down in three months , I look very lean and fit and still kept my curves .. I am definitely staying as customer as long as I stay in Miami ..
