FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are priced at $75/hr for organizing and digital preservation services. Personal shopping consultations are packaged-based pricing. Any sourcing requests for luxury fashion items include a 20% fee in addition to the cost of the item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an initial phone call or video call with the client to discuss their space, their goals, and any concerns. For home organizing/wardrobe revamp: This initial contact is followed up with an in-person or virtual visit to your space. We will discuss a project approach, take measurements, and go over a client agreement. Upon mutual agreement, we'll set a date for the work and get started! For any sourcing needs/personal shopping: Measurements are recorded during our initial call to ensure the best fit across different sizing standards. Following initial contact and a mutual agreement for sourcing, the shopping research begins! We scour boutiques and sites internationally, both in-person and online, for your fashion needs. Research and analysis are core to our work, making them vital to providing authentic luxury items. New and vintage designer items are assessed for their stitching, hardware quality, date/serial codes, materials used, and authenticity stamps, all in alignment with when a fashion house released the item or showed it on their runway. For digital preservation services: Following the consultation and mutual agreement on the project, services begin almost immediately! Discretion is key to protect your digital assets and privacy so this will be discussed in the consultation. We purchase the recommended storage bank/services and select a date to start organizing your digital archive.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for clients with diverse backgrounds across various socioeconomic statuses. They range from blue-collared workers moving into their first home, recent geographical transplants, and first-time parents to high-profile white collared professionals and professional athletes.
