- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
AGH Law provides flexible billing options to meet individual client needs and circumstances. Contingency fee agreements available for certain matters with no upfront costs or fees and nothing is owed unless a recovery is obtained.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free initial consultation. Willing to travel to client. Signed retainer agreements. Thoroughly explain scope of representation, evaluate strengths and weaknesses of case, provide bird’s eye view of strategy, answer any and all questions, and begin to build rapport and trust with client from day one. Effectiveness, efficiency, professionalism and responsiveness remain constant throughout.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated magna cum laude with my juris doctorate degree. While in law school, I interned for a state judge and a federal judge, handled criminal appeals, served as executive editor of the law review, and worked as a summer associate at a large firm. Worked several years representing Fortune 500 companies nationwide.
