They are very unreliable. When I contacted them they told me they would provide me with documentation that they had delivered the documents by the end of day, but that never happened. I called, emailed, and texted many times for updates and they kept giving me the runaround. Cut to 2 weeks later and they tell me, actually our agent isn’t answering so we need to do this again. I would have been okay with it if they’d been honest from the start. I basically had to stalk them to get any updates and their incompetence delayed the legal process for me by at least a month. So no, I cannot recommend utilizing The Opal Group.

I was confused with somebody else. I never used these people's services. I canceled the services with them because they want I have to pay in advance. That was the reason. The guy from the company is extremely mad because of my review. He can't take a bad comment. I hope he's not calling me anymore and no more messages. Hey, you can sleep well tonite, OK?
