- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We excel in many areas and we provide exceptional service to our customers. Throughout the year, we have great promotions and many of repeated customers keep coming back because they are very satisfied. Check our Google business review.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our staffs were trained to use proper etiquette when working with customers. For new customers, they consult with them, go over the intake form, ask question and tell them about the establishment. One thing they want to make sure is the first time customer must leave the place very satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have staffs from different educational backgrounds in massage therapy, nursing and behavioral therapy. They receive hundreds of CEU's required by the state and as well as by the establishment.
