- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can come in our mobile food truck or set up in a tent and folding table. The customer can request a custom quote for a specific amount of waffles and a specific array of toppings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working at a Waffle Cabin in New York when I was 15. After working my way up to manager at that location and bringing one down to Miami myself, I have almost a decade of experience in cooking your waffle to perfection.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is a franchised business that had not gone south of Pennsylvania until I brought it here with two of my college friends. When COVID hit, we were thinking of business ideas, and the thought of getting the successful summer business in New York to a year-round summer market in Miami came to mind.
