I had just had another plumber over for a bid and A Rooter was more in line with what I expected to pay. They even showed me how to clean the caulking in the shower without digging out the old and replacing it. I will be calling them back soon to use a camera in my long sewer pipe and give me what I believe would be a reasonable estimate. The old shower knob was soaked in vinegar while they ran to get the cartridge and when it was all back and installed it looked almost new—pretty good with a 20 year old valve. I all ready sent this company name to my realtor that could always use a good plumber for her referrals. Thanks again for being on time in Miami traffic and fixing my leak promptly!

They replaced an inoperative garbage disposal and snaked the line. They did great work and provided a warranty. I’m very pleased with the work done, timeliness in which the job was completed, punctuality of arrival, and their professionalism. I would call them again for future jobs.

He did a great job. My kitchen sink was leaking and it t got fixed. The plumber fixed the problem. However, he wasn’t aware of the $79 deductible from the job which it says on the add. I think the communication could be better between Thumback and the company.
