- What types of customers have you worked with?
My approach to my clients is not prefixed on selling an specific product. The services I provide are customized by the client after a short meeting on which we both learn a little bit more about each other, preferences, recommendation, needs, etc. My most common services go from menu design, private chef and meal planner to teaching cooking classes and corporate or private catering.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not settle with "standard" or prefixed menus. One menu DOES NOT fit all. Be treated as a different, exclusive client, not just another number on the list. Everyone deserves a customized service respecting their specific needs and preferences.
