We planned a Christmas launch at the airline, hosting 50 people, and 3 flavors catering, arrived on time, took care of the food and everything with such kindness, they kept the food warm and fresh, incredible taste, very nice presentation, nothing to envy to a gourmet restaurant, a lot of people took a second plate, it was delicious, so take note: we will definetly call them again for our private events.

I ordered a large board from 3 flavours catering and I have to say I was amazed with how nice everything was set up, everything tasted fresh and extremely delicious. I 100% recommend and I will most definitely be ordering a board for my business at least once a month. Don’t miss out on their beautiful and extremely tasty and delicious boards everyone!!

They arrived an hour late. The only good thing was the charcuterie board. The pastas were dry and terrible. They were unprepared and did not have anything to keep the food warm, and the presentation was awful. It was embarrassing and I had to explain to our guests why the food was so bad. Would not recommend!

We did all what you ordered. Pasta is not the best choice for catering, it’s our fault, we didn’t check if your oven works properly to keep the food warm. Because it didn’t.
At the time we talked yesterday you said your event started an hour late, so everything was ready until you wanted to start the dinner.
We talked about one of the people from our team to stay in your event until 10pm, event started an hour later, so he should have stayed until 11pm. But he stayed until 1am, until everyone was done with the food. It was our pleasure.
You didn’t ask about Christmas decorations, we added them for you to make your party more special and everyone liked it. We did not charge for this, it was our pleasure.
You have to pay for the food you order. But in the end you didn’t pay, after everyone finished eating you said nobody liked the food, and you didn’t pay for the service which you reserved already. And you said this at 1am. It’s not about decency, but we hope you’ll send the money which we already spent for your event, for the food which people ate, extra hours etc.
We knew some people in the event are Italian, and with that sure comes a high demand, so we took care about it, working with our partnership of some of the finest European brands distributors we have here to work with in southern Florida, they gave us the best beef bresaola, salami, prosciutto and other cold meat and cheese that came directly from Europe with the best quality.
We offered only high end and expensive products. We didn’t go shopping at cheap places, trying to make a run at the late hour, instead we asked our distributors to specially brings us everything fresh and organic. We even took care about all the kosher meat, because you mentioned there is one person that eats kosher.
For us it’s our first bad experience. Again we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. it’s nice to get all opinions for us to perform better with every event we undertake as time goes by
