- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a great catalog of pricing with and without albums for photography as well as 2K, 4K and higher videography. But we will customize the pricing and packages to fit your budget and needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to speak to the customer on the phone, discuss their dreams and desires, get information on expectations, budgets and goals. We can schedule an in-person meeting if desired, present a quote for our clients to review, give them all the tools needed to make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in photography, videography, graphics and multimedia, majority from on the job training and the rest from reading and attending group classes.
