Our pricing is by the hour time and materials and is different for normal business hours versus 24-hour emergency service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer will call us and we will put his equipment on a service contract and we will take down all of the relevant information required
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We need to stay up to date with ASHRAE building code and attend the required continuing education required to maintain state sheet metal and Plumbing license.
