Wescon performed a professional survey of our existing flat roof portion on our condominium building and provided a reasonable estimate for complete replacement using TPO materials. Estimator, Project Manager and all crews were responsive, on-time and easily accommodated all requests for information and modifications to the base contract. I was very pleased with their performance and especially their work ethic and I highly recommend their roofing services.

Edward helped me so much. He got my insurance company to reassess my roof when they denied my claim, he helped me find a company to finance my roof and the pulled through with getting my roof done immediately. The crew was professional, clean and respectful of our dogs when they had to go outside.I can't speak highly enough of this company. Thank you! A+++

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A member of our experienced Sales Team will meet with homeowner to discuss the property’s roofing needs/answer questions. A free estimate for said work is given to homeowner either same or next day!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Wescon Construction was founded by Sergio Novo, a second generation roofer. He grew up working in the sugar mills with his father and went to college for engineering. He has his General Contractor and Roofing license. Over the years, his daughter has worked alongside him, learning the ins and outs of the roofing and construction business. She received her roofing license in 2015.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with anyone who needs a roof. We do residential and commercial roof replacements.
